We specialize in the
application of the C-Flex Sheathing System
on wooden hulls.
Since 1979 we have completed 99 projects ranging from a 29 ' Dragon sailboat to
an 83 ' Trumpy.
With the C-flex System, you can give your present hull a tailored, watertight, FRP skin, bonded to the hull with an elastomeric mastik, allowing it to flex with the wood and resist delamination.
We build custom bow pulpits, swim platforms and single skin fuel tanks customized to your specifications.
The C-Flex Sheathing system
is currently being recommended by the U.S. Coast Guard
for application to certified vessels.

The C-Flex Sheathing Method was developed to protect the hulls of old and new wooden boats. It is a simple process that covers the hull with a high strength laminate of fiberglass which will greatly increase the life and strength of a boat and will dramatically reduce the cost of maintenance.
